We are currently hiring for our Sales Department

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales within a territory consisting of the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, PEI, and Nova Scotia. He or She will also be responsible for managing our Reinke Irrigation dealership in Ontario. They will effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the sales effort within the designated territory to drive the growth of revenue and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.

A qualified candidate will possess the following: Strong sales, presentation, written, and verbal skills; be able to communicate ideas and recommendations to current and potential customers in a clear manner; be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization; strong problem identification and problem resolution skills. Only bilingual (English and French) candidates will be considered.

Travel: This position is in outside sales, and as such, the candidate will be expected to travel extensively and regularly. The candidate must be able and willing to travel within Canada, and have the ability to travel to the US.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets. Recruit dealers to sell equipment in accordance with the territory plan. Prepare and review equipment quotations. Produce monthly/quarterly reports for management on sales activities and market trends. Analyze the industry and create projections. Utilize Customer Relations Management tools to build strong brand loyalty. Manage designated territory and customers to maximize equipment sales and rentals. Sell parts or service to increase customer retention rate. Travel within the territory to drive sales and support dealers. Making sales calls to current and potential customers and dealers. Attend trade shows both as an exhibitor and as an attendee.

Qualifications: A post-secondary education is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience, with a proven track record of success. Ability to operate independently.
